After spending many months pouring lots of effort into the book, I'm
very eager to hear people's opinions. Please feel free to send me mail
telling me which parts you liked (or even, theoretically, which parts you
didn't like for some reason).
(All I ask is that you try not to use me as a help line. I realize there
are times when you need an answer to a question that isn't described
elsewhere. I've tried to anticipate those questions and include them in
the book. Consult the forums described in Appendix A and on the
Links page; searching on those forums will
usually provide answers to most questions if the answers are known.
If however you have a question and would like to point out to me that it
wasn't covered in the book, feel free to pass it along - just don't expect
(or ask) me to solve it for you.
